The corporate insurance analyst develops and manages programs and creates and provides information for use in decision making related to Berkshire Hathaway Energy’s insurance functions and provides initial/first level contact and issue resolution for most internal company and external insurance, claims and risk management constituencies. Involved in the development, implementation, coordination, maintenance, communication and reporting of activities of Berkshire Hathaway Energy’s corporate insurance. The insurance analyst is the central point of responsibility in the annual budget process and helps to compile and review insurance-related data used to identify industry trends, reconcile variances and communicate potential impacts on Berkshire Hathaway Energy operations.
